Twenty five years Experience in all phases of map production with fifteen years managing a medium size photogrammetry company. Serves as President and Chief operating officer of M.A.N. Mapping services. Has negotiated and supervised approximately 4,000 photogrammetry projects, ranging in size from a few acres to multi-county projects. Is a member of American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio.

Has been a working manager using analog and alalytical stereo instruments with digital and conventional map output. Has directly supervised an estimated 2500 projects for M.A.N. Mapping Services and 5,000 projects with others. Is a member of American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, American Congress on Surveying and Mapping and Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio.

Involved in the mapping industry since 1982 operating analog, analytical, and soft-copy stereo instruments with CAD/MAP and VrOne systems. Has been responsible for an estimated 2500 projects that included collection of data and translation to other computer systems. In charge of digital photo image section which includes scanning, aerotriangulating and rectifying Digital Images. Member of American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.

Current projects include serving as adjunct faculty for Columbus State Community College teaching "Elements Of Photogrammetry" and a blog promoting the use of Python Programming in VrOne better known as VrPython which can be found at http://dshimer.blogspot.com/
